Experience a fusion of traditional yoga asanas, functional mobility, somatic movement, guided breathwork & mini meditations. Classes are designed to build strength, stability, balance & mind body connection, while promoting stress reduction & nervous system regulation. These classes are suitable for a wide variety of fitness levels from young adults through seniors.
