This class is designed to build strength, stability, balance, & mind body connection, while promoting stress reduction & nervous system regulation. These classes are suitable for a wide variety of fitness levels from young adults through seniors. (18 years & older)
Meditation Class - 2:15pm - Join me for a 30-minute breath & meditation practice. Quiet the mind, reduce stress & anxiety, balance energy, promote grounding & stability. (18 years & older)
