ABOUT ME


I am a Movement & Mindfulness Instructor who is passionate about fusing traditional yoga asanas with creative flows, functional mobility & mindfulness techniques.

Developing my own consistent movement & mindfulness practice has helped me heal, grow & improve the quality of my life. Now, I aim to help others do the same.

My classes are designed to help students build strength, stability, balance, brain health & mind body connection, while promoting stress reduction & nervous system regulation. I work with a wide variety of fitness levels from young adults to seniors.

My Certifications include the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor, Functional Training Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist & Brain Health Trainer. I specialize in Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, functional mobility, embodied stress release, controlled breathwork, somatic movement, mat Pilates & meditation. I am also a certified Total Body Resistance (TRX) Trainer & Schwinn Cycle Class Instructor.

My Story

I found movement & mindfulness as a form of healing ten years ago. I was at a low point in my life. I was unhappy, unhealthy & resigned.

My Mom, knowing the benefits of exercise on both physical & mental health, suggested I take an exercise class with her. Soon one class became two. The next thing I knew, we were both taking classes 6 days a week.

Exercise, yoga, breathwork & meditation became my lifelines. Paired with therapy, they helped me find a way out of the depression, anxiety & stagnant life I had been living. Before long I began teaching classes.

Empowered & inspired by the difference it made in my life; I now strive to help others through movement & mindfulness practices as well.
